Their Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) helps small businesses of all types who wish to pursue contracts with the agency.

The agency’s Forecast of Contract Opportunities includes projections of anticipated contracts above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, where small businesses may be able to perform either directly or as a subcontractor.

Vendor Outreach Sessions (VOS) are pre-arranged 15-minute appointments with Small Business Specialists, where you can discuss your capabilities and learn about potential procurement opportunities.

The Small Business Electronic Capability Statement (SB e-CS) allows you to submit your capabilities for agency acquisition personnel, who can search for small businesses, view and print capability statements, review business size and past capabilities, and generate reports.
